Tsunade was the best Hokage

• Under her rule Konoha was destroyed at least twice in the span of… what, four years? And it was rebuilt.
• She never did anything morally questionable - unlike all the previous kages. 
• She was able to balance her duties - being a hokage, working in hospital, and training Sakura.
• Thanks to her a lot of shinobis survived the 4th ninja war.
• And she partook in the 4th ninja war. Another huge deal and she dealt with it tremendously.
• Villages got united when she was in charge. And, as we can see in  the abominations the chapters 699 and 700 are, it didn’t fall apart as it had happened before.
• Thanks to her Naruto survived. She was the only kage who agreed to let the jinchuuriki out of the village. Almost all the other ones died.
• She fucking supported Naruto. The 3rd didn’t. If he did, then Naruto wouldn’t had been treated the way he had been.
• She didn’t want to kill off Sasuke for “betraying” Konoha - she didn’t issue that order until he joined Akatsuki and attacked Raikage’s brother. And she did it to avoid a goddamn war. 
• And, despite doing all of that, she remained herself - she drinks, gambles, is beautiful, and is able to sustain the relationships that are important to her. Unlike certain someone…
